#96 In game options

Some levels have music or different sounds but if you changed the
volume in the options it is very quiet and unchangable with out exiting
the game, If you change it with the sound keys on the keyboard it lags
up everyone in the game and can become OOS, So i think you should
be able to press esc and then a little menu box thingy comes up with
such options as, Leave gamem, Quit alephone, sounds, graphics, etc.
While you are in this menu you are hidden from the other players
somehow or become invincible or something like that so you can't get
killed while in the menu or someone can't wait for you to exit the
menu.
