#137 32+ collections in a shapes file

Now that Tito Dal Canton's ShapeFusion is able to work with 32+ collections in a shapes file, it'd be cool if AlephOne were to support it too. Right now AO asserts out if one is to assign collections higher than 32 for i.e. scenery, control panel textures, etc.

The error log produces the following line:
Error at line 196 with element of type shape, attribute tag coll and value 32: out of range

The shape descriptors in all maps, saved games, and physics files can only address 32 collections. This is unlikely to change.
