#127 Level Loading Sounds

Please add a 'proper' way to accompany loading screens with loading sounds. EMR currently uses level loading sounds in a hack-ish way using the lua intended for restoring saved games. It's a nice addition to the game, but it has problems like bleeding into the level after it's loaded, and hence clashing with the music track.
