#108 Cmd-Tab in SDL

Currently, Cmd-Tab is only supported in Windowed mode in SDL. I would
like to request supporting it in non-Windowed mode as well. It would be
more consistent behavior, and more desireable for the player to be able
to Cmd-Tab out in any mode.
