#545 Setup Network Game dialog grows too wide

In Infinity, when continuing a network game, the "Setup Network Game" dialog doesn't fit in the 640x480 content area. The left-hand column is much wider than when "Gather Network Game" is used.

The extra space is requested by the level selection widget. In the resume case, all levels are listed, and You Think You're Big Time... is much longer than the standard network level names.
