[maq-help] Converting multi reads file?

Greetings

I completed a run with the -H option and got a binary file. I tried to  
dump this with maq mapview and got a message that I needed to convert  
first with maq mapass2maq and I did, but I consistently get a seg  
fault. What is the correct way to access this data?
