[maq-help] Conversion from MAQ output to ELAND?

Hi,

I'm interested in using MAQ as an alternative to ELAND. However, I'm trying to use downstream peak calling software such as findpeaks and peakfinder which require ELAND files as input. Is there a way to have MAQ output ELAND format or is there a convertor?
