Hi,

I'm having the same trouble when trying to compile maqview from source code in windows XP. I'm using the latest version of cygwin with all the packages for it installed. I've tried to compile maqview-0.2.3 and maqview-0.2.1 and am getting the 'Configure: Error: OS is not supported' at the same point for both. Maq (0.6.8) itself compiles and runs fine but it's maqview that I could really do with.

If anybody could help or suggest a way to get maqview running on windows it would be much appreciated.
