1.0b3 release

Release 1.0b2 (beta) of MapRequest is now available. You can download it from http://sourceforge.net/projects/maprequest/

This is the third beta for the 1.0 release.

Enhancements:

MapRequest is now distributed as MapRequestSetup.exe (in
addition to the .ZIP files) to make it easier to install
on Windows.
Save the OziExplorer calibration file (.map) by default
when saving images.
Various small changes to map config files.

Bug Fixes:

1196301 - WMS maps with parameters in the URL don't work
1196300 - WMS layers with no bounding box fail
1178197 - Send logging messages to a file rather than to the console
1176817 - Warning messages on console about cookies
