1.0b2 release

Release 1.0b2 (beta) of MapRequest is now available. You can download it from http://sourceforge.net/projects/maprequest/

This is the second beta for the 1.0 release.

Enhancements:

Cope with sites that return XML as "UTF8" when they mean "UTF-8".
Added various maps (Hong Kong, Arezzo Italy, Sydney Green Web,
NASA OnEarth Web Map Server)

Bug Fixes:

1173755 - No error is displayed when no layers are selected
1173754 - Layer list incorrect for WMS maps
1158071 - Status for WMS maps can be < 100% after errors
1158070 - WMS based maps can fail silently when configuring
1110353 - Problem changing proxy settings
Fixed the ServiceName for ACT Locate. (It changed on the site.)
