#19 Obtaining maps from Tasmanian Govt LIST server fails

Using latest version on XP, tried on two machines.

Upon selecting the Tasmanian maps from the map selection screen, the following message is returned:

"Failed to configure map "Tasmania"
Perhaps there is a problem reaching the remote site."

Network connection is fine, and browsing the web interface works on the same machine. (http://www.thelist.tas.gov.au/)
