#1 Mapping of multiple nodes

Hi,

thanks for your great tool. However there is an issue when a mapping contains transformation steps with more then one exit point (compare attached screenshot). For example if you use the output of one transformation step in multiple fields. The PI documenter tool of Daniel Graversen uses reference ids for such nodes.
Another point is that disabled nodes are documented like normal nodes. It would really cool if they would be marked as disabled or something like that.

Thanks Florian. I guess I missed this case while coding. This could be fixed in next version. Also suggestion about diabled node has been noted.
