It would be nice if the keywords tree could also be used to set XMP:Subject entries. A radio button comes to mind that allows switching between the two modes. For searching one would wish to have XMP:Subject handled analogously to IPTC-keywords.
Handling XMP:Subject similar to IPTC keywords seems desirable as XMP data is not limited in length and thus allows even for long chains.

Support that, F-Spot uses XMP and it would be nice if Mapivi's search would find also these pictures :-)
