#40 Add all dirs in Tree

If mapivi starts up in a certain directory only the startup dir shows up while other dirs on the same level do not. E.g. consider the structure:

R001/201102/Topic1
R001/201102/Topic2
R001/201102/Topic3

The tree should reflect

R001
201102
Topic1
Topic2
Topic3

This is done correctly if the dir is opened from within mapivi. However, leaving mapivi in Topic3, reopen it the structure shown is only

R001
201102
Topic3

Doubleclicking on 201102 (presumably causing a refresh) fixes this.
