#2 patch to force cow fork for rw filesystem

Justs a proposal - this patch implements a new option
to mapfs mount: forcecow. Given this option, a cow fork
is done even if the underlying filesystem to a mapfs
mount is mounted read/write.
The diff is against a patched version of mapfs (with my
previous patch, "patch for kernel > 2.6.13", but it
succeeds also with a unpatched version.

Not completely tested, so please be careful ;-)
