It would be great if mapDIA could be run without having to do a comparion. Just normalisation and summarisation without contrast, groups etc. Like if one treat everything like indepdendent design with 1 group

For now you can put in a fake comparison and still get the same output — we’re just making sure this will do the job at the moment.
