I've presented my opposition to "proj*" in the past. A new project has
a chance to get off to a clean start. "cscs" is a take off on the
all-encompassing cs2cs program which I was trying to emulate, and also
serves as an acronym for Client Side Coordinate Systems.

But I don't want to see this project get further delayed. We've lost a
year already, so do whatever sounds right to you.
