Hello all, I've deployed Mapbuilder (along with GeoServer) onto JBoss Portal and when using Firefox, everything works great! I'm having a problem however when loading mapbuilder in IE. Peroidically it loads, and periodically it won't. Using the Microsoft Script Debugger and Mozilla's Javascript debugger I've found out that even when IE doesn't display the map, it still loads up (in the Running Documents) each and every one of the javascript files that it needs (a little above 50 if I remember). The problem is that even though it loads all the right javascript files, the map never shows up and the "loading program" html and gif never disappear. When I tried to debug this problem in IE using the microsoft script debugger, I found that when it won't fully load up (although it still displays all the correct running documents) I get an error saying it could not debug because the source document could not be found. I do not get this message when the map loads correctly however, so I am able to debug only when it is working correctly. Once again, this is a periodic thing, loading sometimes and not loading at other times. If it doesn't load, a few refreshes normally gets the map to display... and if it does load, a few refreshes normally gets the map to not display again. I've been stuck on this for a while now and could use some help if anyone has any insight on my situation. I'm currently using IE 6.0. Best Regards, Eric Simonaire |
