[mapbuilder-announce] Mapbuilder 0.3-alpha released

The Mapbuilder demos now provide a "Loading" message while the demos are 
loading.

We don't know of any bugs that need to be fixed in the simple WMS client 
and will probably set the status as "Stable - ready for production" in 
the release.

There are a few fixes with the other demos and all demos should work 
when installed inside a Java Servlet Engine (like Tomcat).
