#7 sign-up page isn't filled in correctly

Your other household members are supposed to be listed on the sign-up page as attending or not (their checkboxes marked or not) based on whether they are currently signed up for this meal.

It appears that this isn't working correctly; in testing, the boxes appeared to be checked rather randomly, and not related to whether the other household members were signed up to eat at that event.
