[MantisConnect] some questions

Hi,

I am looking for a tool that allows me to do the following :

When I receive an email, I want it to automatically log this email
into mantis, and take part of the message as the Summary, Description, etc.

Is mantisconnect able to do so?

Well, MantisConnect allows you to add an issue via SOAP. It does not
provide any service which handles emails (e.g. poll POP3 server, parse
emails etc.).
