#1 Support for attachements

I'm planning to create conversion script from rich-
text document (word file, or lotus notes memo) to make
reporting easier and faster.
MantisConnect seems to be easiest and consistent way
to communicate with mantis installation.
So it will be very useful to have support for
attachements to be able to put in report some pictures
(screenshots).
