There are 2 bugs in the DB - ids: 1 & 2 and
mc_get_last_issue_id return always 0. This causes
MantisNotify to crash every time. I assume that the
filter specified in the code of mc_get_last_issue_id
somehow rejects my bug records but do not see any
reason for that.
