I downloaded the zip to have a look at what was there and I the main differences I found (other than the ones previously listed) were in: 1. the (zip only) package bundle jpgraph and the mantis manual 2. a lot of modififed / added icons 3. main config file Summing up, I thinks that the "fork" is more a "custom" version of mantis, released back to the public, than a real ongoing project.
