In my company we use Mantis as an issue tracker, too. I hacked a email interface to it, so any email sent to "bu...@my..." are automagically added as new cases in Mantis. You can even answer the emails from within mantis, and any reply from the client is automatically appended to the same bug, too. I had to change the interface quite a lot, thought. As a side note, I implemented these features because we were using a trial version of FogBUGZ, and people here got used to its features and interface...
