Forgive me. All my fault :)
I did not see the localization list when I signed up for the devel 
list. When I checked the archives I saw that someone posted the 
language update already.

I wont keep submitting german laguage updates from now on.

The already checked in version 1.99 from the cvs is more up-to-date than t=
he new one 
submitted by Bastian Bense. So there is no need to check this in or merge =
with the cvs 
version.

Better coordination of translations may be a subject as at least three peo=
ple are 
translating the german version now. That is double effort and wasted time.

Don't give up translating, Basti. But if more than one person is working o=
n the 
german translation we must discuss the changes on this list or in private =
mail 
to produce only one "official" german language file for every release of 
Mantis. I'm not a friend of programs with translation german1, german2 and=
 
german3 for different tastes.
