[Mantisbt-soap-dev] SOAP changes targeted for 1.2.9 completed

Hi,

All changes which affect the SOAP API and are planned for 1.2.9 have been
performed. These are backwards-compatible, provided that you refresh your
generated artifacts ( e.g. Axis for Java requires this ).

The Axis SOAP stubs have been pushed to the Maven central repository, see
http://search.maven.org/#artifactdetails|biz.futureware.mantis|mantis-axis-soap-client|1.2.9|jar
