When I mark a bug as "resolved", that means that the developer has fixed the bug. When I close the bug, that means that the user has reviewed it and agreed that it is actually fixed. If not, the user can reopen the bug with a comment about a regression error or something else. This will move the bug to a "feedback" status. Brian Baker |
