This happened a while ago for us. The answer (in our case) was that the query was timing out and when it does, it just leaves a blank screen in IE. The issue comes down to the fact that the search criteria (usually including a keyword search) are held in a cookie, so once you specify a query that times out, you are almost always going to get the same problem for the same project as Mantis tries to remember the last criteria. Solution, clear out the browsers cookies for the host that is running Mantis from your cookies list. You should also set up the indexes on the database that was sent out to the list a while ago, as without it you can very quickly get the same thing happening repeatedly on different projects. Thanks guys for the help. I've tried the suggestion about changing projects, and deleting the cookies, neither worked. Does anyone recall when or what the name of the thread regarding the indexes are? Trouble finding them. I will keep working on this. Well It weird. IE will display all the other pages, "Report Bug", "Summary", etc, but not "View Bugs". I hope to resolve this soon.
