I've added comments and suggestions to the wiki page.  Having two versions make sense.  We should have a user version vs. administrator version.

Another thing which I've been considering is running two separate surveys

- one for individuals
- one for organisations

The benefit would be that organisations would point out issues like
long-term maintainability, aggregate feedback from their internal
users, lack of customisability for certain scenarios etc. WDYT?
