You need to make a couple changes to your php.ini file (this will be in %SYSTEMROOT%).
 
error_reporting  = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
register_globals = On
 
 
Also, you need to remove the following line from config_inc.php:
 $register_globals      = ON;

I installed php & mysql on win2k (IIS) and configured MAntis.
 
Attached WIth the email is my config_inc.php file.....
 
PLEASE HELP ME to find out the problem...
