#35 Multiple MantaRay instances in one VM

There has been requests from clients to be able to have
multiple instances of MantaRay in a single JVM. There
is a general need for that if you use MantaRay as part of
a web application. It useful, especially for testing, to
have the possibility to run more that one MantaRay
agent inside an application server.

Each MantaRay instance should support the operation
close() in order to notify the instance that it should
release its resources because they are no longer
needed.
