[Manrix-devel] Update: LIBC and Conmngr updated.

hi all,
       I have updated the cvs server and the Console Manager and LibC
are available both as CVS and File release.
       I have also uploaded the Floppy Image os MnRiX(Unstable). You
can download it from the site.
       Now, I have uploaded the LIbC, people can write their own test
programs. I have written a small test program (soft/tests/tst1.c) and
a make file. One can use that make file to write test programs.

I hope you will contribute to Libc and programs like init, sh.
