[Manolr-announce] manolr-0.3b released

Hello all,
Although I tried very hard to find problems which would delay 0.3b release,
I 've only found one bug to fix. This was about a problem being occurred in
the cursor restore process when displaying messages. Probably, final manolr-0.3
wouldn't be different from manolr-0.3b unless something occurs.
