[Manolr-announce] manolr-0.3a released

Hello, long time no see :-)
Because of my dissertation, long time had passed from manolr's previous
version. Lots of features were planned to be added in 0.3 branch but as it
seems it turned out to be a maintenance release. Heavy optimization on 
functions was performed and several bugs were discovered and fixed (thanks 
William McBrine for finding some of them).
