#26 Barcode list - ignore double quotes

Just about every person on the planet uses a spreadsheet application to produce a Comma Separated Variable file.

Spreadsheet applications have a tendency to wrap text with double quotes. This is usually to avoid problems where the text itself contains a comma.

This makes using the barcode list functionality difficult. You have to use your spreadsheet application to concoct your barcode list, save your csv file, then immediately open it in a text editor and then delete the quote marks.

It would be most useful if you did not have to go to a different application to massage the output of the spreadsheet application into something that Manifest Maker can use.
