#18 change to number range options

No, don't panic, not a total change to the way numbers are allocated - just cosmetic

Can the current option 'Use same item number' be changed to "use same item number for every document"?

Can the current option 'use different item numbers' be changed to 'Every document gets a different number'?

I suppose that the label "Number range..." would be better expressed as 'Numbering pattern"

Have altered these fields to change to a set of options with the label of "Same numbers for:". The options are:

• All Files
• Files in the same directory
• No Files (i.e. all different numbers)

Under "Files in the same directory" I have the following two checkboxes:

• Including sub-directory
• Use directory names as item numbers

The second option may need to be moved depending on changes to this functionality as part of bug-#30 (http://sourceforge.net/p/manifestmaker/bugs/30/)
