#17 Changes to 'top level' directory numbering option

Currently there is an option to select "Use names of top-level directories" for the item numbering pattern in the combo box.

If you select this option, the start and finish numbers are meaningless.

Can this option be removed from the combo box and added to the current option radio-buttony thingo group which currently contains 'select item number range' and 'load a barcode list'?
