Found a few consistencies with the numbering option - "plus use names of top-level directories"

  1. This option still needs a number range to be selected to proceed to the next step. This means that if there are files in the base directory, files will be given numbers from the range entered and the files within the directories will be named after the name of the top-level directory. This creates inconsistencies.

This method of numbering should be removed from the numbering range drop-down options and should be placed independently as a third option along side 'Enter item number range' and 'Load a barcode list'. and dependency on the number range should be removed such that the files names as used as item numbers in case there are any files within the base directory that are not part of any top-level directory.

2.DPR does not support non-numeric item numbers but using the above option in manifest maker, you can generate a manifest with the non-numeric names of the folders as item numbers.
Since DPR does not support the feature, if there is a non-numeric folder name, then manifest maker should throw an error.
