#163 Strange aspect ratio correction in boothill w/ backdrop

The backdrop image itself is 912x677 (which is already
a weird aspect ratio, a little smaller than 4:3). I believe
that this aspect is then modified by the "position"
argument in the boothill.art file
position = -0.2625,-0.24375,1.2625,1.1667
Which gives an x modifier of 1.525 and a y of 1.41045.
This gives some really wacky numbers
(1390.8x954.87465).

screenshot frame seems to be 390x316, which should be
something like 593x480 when scaled up and preserving
aspect ratio.

Possibly just a pixel-aspect ratio flag screwing it up,
otherwise it could be just that this image should be Y-
limited (though I believe vertical shooters work
correctly, and they're also typically Y-limited)
