As it turns out, the first "Truxton" uses one driver, while
the "Truxton II" game uses another. My guess is that either
the Truxton II arcade machine is simpler to emulate, or its
driver is just better optimized.
As can be seen in the other "runs slow" bugs, optimization of
existing drivers is on the todo list, but it's still pretty low in
priority.
