[Nils Hoffmann] Fixed problems with project wizard losing sample and treatment groups [#10]. Fixed layout differences.

[Nils Hoffmann] Set minimal bar width to 1.0x10^-5.

[Nils Hoffmann] Fixed pipeline to scene parsing of PipelineEditor. Related to issue [#8].

[Nils Hoffmann] Updated installer.properties location to be below build/ to avoid problems with versioning.
