#3 Bank information gatherer (LUA)

Create a LUA add-in that displays the contents of bank
and inventory and allows the user to select which items
are available in the bank. This data can then be used
to fuel other components for posting information to the
guild chat channel or a web site.

This add-in should be stateful between sessions.
