MakeWeb: A text-to-HTML converter / News: Recent posts

As a starting point, MakeWeb 1.1.2, 2.0, and
3.0 are released.
These release are the same as the files
available at http://www.hyuki.com/makeweb/

I have created MakeWeb project in sourceforge.net.
I am now learning how to use tools provided by sourceforge :-)
