Added some perl modules needed by openoffice.org and now also using the
Mirrors.SourceForge file for all rules that can use that file.

Added info about Archive::Zip

Added file Mirrors.CPAN and Mirrors.SourceForge which simplifies the writing
of URLs for files downloaded from CPAN or SourceForge. Also added rule for
the Perl module Archive::Zip.

Added PAM_headers as a dependency for openoffice.org

Renamed OOo to openoffice.org as this seems to be the most common name
at Linuxpackages.net.
