Nobody/Anonymous - 2004-02-19

I downloaded version 1.1 and it was missing the include directory and the lib directory, as well as all directories and files in them.

I also downloaded version 1.0, and it was missing the toollist.txt, but I was able to figure out how to reconstruct that.
