The concept link in the page is pointing to a
non-existant file. As I was advised to go thru it.. I
am unable to do so..

The concept link is broken. I hope this changes as soon as
our webpage designers wake up :)
Anyway, if you want to help developing, the handling for
volunteers changed (because they all declared high interest
in the beginning and returned almost no input until now).
Now the proceding is to give two or three tasks and look at
the results and the teamwork in general. This is not to
insult or reproach anyone, this is to assure, that the team
that is working on mak is a team, in which everybody enjoys
to work.
