[Mailsomething-devl] Task - fields formatting

I intend to undertake the message fields formatting task(from the
tasklist from yesterday). As I get it this should format the message 
according to RFC 822(http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc822.html).

If someone else intended to undertake this task please inform me not to start it.

Stig, I will give you an estimate after I study the RFC and existing
MailDecoder code(possibly tomorrow).
