#23 Thunderbird 68 and Button Issue

When using mail direct on a newly upgraded Thunderbird 68 with conversations I see a button on the mail header bar that appears to be from mailredirect that I can't get rid of. While I understand compatibility with conversations is not guaranteed I wouldn't really want a button anyway - a context menu item IMHO is better. Could we have a configuration option to remove the buttons?

Yes! I would like a way to at least deactivate this button also. The appearance of this button expands the menu-/top-bar within the conversations pane which covers/hides the subject and sender information.
