Last Thursday my redirect disappeared. I have downloaded and installed again. I have disabled and enabled again, but I cannot get it to appear again. Thunderbird version: 52.3.0 (32-bit)
Windows 10 computer
Do you see the Redirect menuitem? Press Alt or F10 and go to the menu Message. There should be a menuitem Redirect. If it's there, Mail Redirect is still installed and working, but the button has probably been removed from your toolbar. Right click on the area where the button was and select Customize, then drag the Redirect button back to its place.

Did ypu look at the menu if there's a redirect item? It should be below Forward and Forward As…
If there's a menuitem, you still have Mail Redirect installed and enabled.
Did you try Customize and drag the Redirect button back to its place?

And the add-on is enabled right? Can you go into Add-on Manager and Mail Redirect options and enable debug? Also if you send me the error console content by e-mail from there, it might helpme to see what's going wrong. I suspect there's a problem with another add-on… Please also go in Thunderbird to menu Help > Troubleshooting Information and send that information to me as well by e-mail. No need to include account names. It's just to see what settings you have and what other add-ons.

When I got into the Add-on Manager, and I click Options or More: Thunderbird freezes.
I have to go to the Task Manager to shut down Thunderbird.
This is the trouble shootimg manager text attached. As I said this was working and stopped, The add-ons I have installed have not changed

Sorry, I don't see an attachment. Can you try adding it again? Also which version of Mail Redirect do you have? Can you check for updates in the add-on manager? That should install 0.9.2. Maybe you already have that version, but that info is also in the troubleshooting information, which I don't see yet.

I see that you have a rather old version of Clippings installed, 5.1.2 instead of 5.5.2. Is that on purpose? Can you see if updating that add-on helps?

Do you know from where you have downloaded/installed Mail Redirect? Can you uninstall it from the add-on manager and the reinstall it by typing Mail Redirect in the search bar? Or download it again from amo or this site and drop the downloaded file on the Add-on manager in Thunderbird to reinstall it.

Hi Cindy,
Can you please respond to me question? Without further information I'll have to close this issue…
Onno
There is no menuitem Redirect any more. There used to me. And I have this on a different computer where it is working fine.

It is not there in the menu. It is not there under Customize.
But it is there listed as an add-on

I'm closing this ticket. If you still have problems using Mail Redirect, feel free to re-open it.
Kind regards,
